A 3-stage approach to the perfect product launch

Every company wants to see their product release go as smoothly as possible, but failure remains a very real risk. The successful project launch formula consists of completing a massive checklist of tasks. Even one missed step at any stage of a new product launch can lead to a domino effect with disastrous consequences.

Wrike is trusted by thousands of companies to help them launch their product as smoothly as possible. This product launch plan template breaks down the launch into 3 phases: pre-launch, launch, and post-launch. This structure allows you to more effectively plan for each distinct phase of the release, easily group tasks together, and ensure your project launch strategy is complete.

Start by filling each folder with actionable tasks. Tasks can be assigned to one or more members of your team. This template includes some sample tasks that can be renamed or deleted as needed.
