Client Management
What is client success management?
Client success management is all about ensuring customers have the tools and resources they need in order to succeed.
For instance, a SaaS company that sells software may hear from a client that employees are not integrating the product in their workflows. This is bad for the software company because it means that the client may not renew their licence when it expires.
To help the customer get the most out of the product, a client success manager may arrange onboarding or use case specific training to help boost adoption rates for the client’s employees.
